Capital Golf Club
$200 Prize for Hole-in-One
Conditions

1 The hole-in-one prize of a $200 voucher made out to the Capital Golf Club Pro Shop is sponsored by the Tuggeranong Valley Rugby Union and Amateur Sports Club Limited.
2 The prize may be won only while playing in an official Capital Golf Club competition as published in the Calendar of Events, or a competition substituted by the Golf Committee, the Men's Match Committee or the Women's Match Committee.
  For example, it may be won during any of the following competitions:
  Ø All Club Championship competitions, including Matchplay championships
  Ø Regular Sunday and Thursday competitions
  Ø Regular Women's Tuesday and Saturday competitions
  Ø Scheduled mixed competitions
  Ø Saturday Pro Competitions
  Ø Any special competition scheduled by the Golf Committee, the Men's Match Committee or the Women's Match Committee.
  It may NOT be won, for example:
  Ø during a social round, while practicing or while playing for handicap
  Ø while playing Pennants
  Ø while playing in a competition organised by a social club
   
  To be regarded as playing in a competition the player's name must appear on the starting sheet and the competition fee must have been paid.
3 With the exception of the Capital Open and the women's Capital Open Day when it is available to all entrants in the competition, the prize is available only to financial playing members of Capital Golf Club or one of the clubs with reciprocal playing rights with Capital Golf Club.
  Former playing members who have taken out some form of inactive membership in order to preserve their rights to subsequently upgrade again to playing membership do not qualify for the prize.
4 The prize may be won on any of the following holes at the
Capital Golf Course - 3-7-9-11-14.
5 A golfer can win the prize once only during any competition.
6 The prize becomes available on and from 1st February 2004.
7 Any contested eligibility will be resolved by the Board of Capital Golf Club Inc.
  Note:
    Rule 3.2 of the Amateur Status Rules states that a player forfeits amateur status by accepting a prize or voucher having a retail value exceeding A$1200 (from 1/1/2004). "This limit also applies to hole-in-one prizes, however such a prize may be accepted in addition to any other prize won in the same competition."
